3 Days Olpejeta Sweetwaters Serena Camp

Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. You’ll journey north through Kenya’s fertile central highlands, passing vibrant markets, small towns, and picturesque tea and coffee plantations.

Arrive at Ol Pejeta Conservancy, nestled in the shadow of Mount Kenya, in time for lunch and check-in at the luxurious Sweetwaters Serena Camp. After some time to relax and enjoy the surroundings, you’ll head out on your first afternoon game drive. Expect to see elephants, giraffes, buffalos, and potentially lions or the elusive African wild dog as you explore the diverse habitats of the conservancy.

As the sun dips below the horizon, return to camp for dinner and a peaceful evening under the stars.

After an early breakfast, depart for a morning game drive. Highlights of the day include a visit to the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only place in Kenya to see rescued chimpanzees. Continue exploring the vast plains and acacia woodlands that shelter a high density of wildlife, including the Big Five.

In the afternoon, you may choose to:

• Visit the Endangered Species Enclosure, home to the world’s last two northern white rhinos
• Join a guided bush walk with a ranger (optional)
• Book an exciting night game drive to witness nocturnal species in action (optional)

Return to camp in time for dinner and a relaxing evening in the serene wilderness.

Start your final day with a sunrise game drive or a leisurely morning taking in the sights and sounds around camp. After breakfast, check out and begin your journey back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon. Your driver-guide will drop you off at your hotel or JKIA airport for your onward travel.
