Arrival and Pickup from Entebbe International Airport to Your Hotel, City tour if time Allows
Welcome to Uganda, the Pearl of Africa, and the beginning of your unforgettable safari adventure. Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a representative from Likana Safaris who will introduce you to your guide and assist with your transfer to Kampala. The journey takes approximately one hour and offers a pleasant introduction to Uganda's vibrant landscapes and culture. Depending on your arrival time, you may choose to explore Kampala, a lively city rich in history and culture, with attractions such as the Kasubi Tombs, the resting place of the Kings of Buganda, and the beautiful Bahai Temple. After an early breakfast, your driver guide will pick you up from your hotel in Kampala and begin the journey to Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda's largest and most spectacular protected area. Along the way, you will stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an exciting guided rhino tracking experience, offering a rare opportunity to observe Uganda's only wild rhinos in their natural habitat while learning about ongoing conservation efforts to protect these endangered animals. After the tracking experience, continue to Murchison Falls National Park and arrive in time for lunch at your lodge. Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
